By using Orchid Premium Care Services, participants agree to follow all applicable laws and act responsibly. Services are delivered according to NDIS guidelines and organisational policies.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to provide accurate information and cooperate with staff to ensure safe and effective support. Misuse of services or unsafe conduct may result in service suspension or termination where necessary.
Payment & Fees
Fees and service costs are clearly communicated and align with NDIS pricing arrangements or individual service agreements between participants and Orchid Premium Care Services.
Limitation of Liability
Orchid Premium Care Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use except where required by law. Services are delivered in good faith and in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect participant privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
