With over 5 years of clinical experience across mental health, perioperative, surgical, and rehabilitation settings as a Registered Nurse, Rubiya holds a Bachelor of Nursing combined with a Diploma in Leadership and Management. She ensures Orchid meets all NDIS Practice Standards and operates with full regulatory integrity.
