Sophiya Poudel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Orchid Premium Care Services. With a specialisation in mental health nursing as a Registered Nurse, Sophiya brings over 10 years of clinical expertise and sector leadership to her role. She established Orchid on one unwavering belief: that every person, regardless of ability, deserves to live with confidence, choice, and dignity.

Nikita Gautam is the Clinical Operations Manager of Orchid Premium Care Services. With over 5 years of clinical experience across mental health, perioperative, surgical, and rehabilitation settings as a Registered Nurse, Rubiya holds a Bachelor of Nursing combined with a Diploma in Leadership and Management. She ensures Orchid meets all NDIS Practice Standards and operates with full regulatory integrity.
