Nikita Gautam Poudel is the Operations Manager of Orchid Premium Care Services.Combining a Master of Business Administration with her expertise as a Registered Nurse, Nikita brings over 6 years of clinical experience across aged care and mental health settings to her role. She leads Orchid's operations with one steadfast commitment.

Rubiya Poudel is the Compliance Manager of Orchid Premium Care Services. With over 5 years of clinical experience across mental health, perioperative, surgical, and rehabilitation settings as a Registered Nurse, Rubiya holds a Bachelor of Nursing combined with a Diploma in Leadership and Management. She ensures Orchid meets all NDIS Practice Standards and operates with full regulatory integrity.
